Subhash Chandra has spent over two decades building things that had to work — across Amazon (India, Japan, and Worldwide Program Management), Landmark Group in Dubai, and Yum! Brands. He developed a business to scale beyond ₹400 Cr, launched India-first routing technology for Amazon's last-mile network, and led routing benchmarking across global markets from Tokyo. Along the way, he trained, mentored, and developed 1,500+ people — from frontline teams to senior leaders — backed by a Dual MBA (HR, and PGDBM in Operations), a Six Sigma Black Belt, a PMP certification, and further training and certifications from institutions in India and abroad.
After serving two decades as a business operations, training, and product & program leader, he now serves industry and academia — putting that experience to work through Subhash Consulting and as guest faculty at B-schools. Learning is never over: he continues building on his knowledge and skill, currently pursuing a PhD from Dayananda Sagar University, Bangalore.
