Weekly workshops

Weekly Sunday sessions (Interview Preparation and MSME Sessions) are offered free of charge. Registration is required due to platform capacity limits. No payment is collected for these sessions, and no refund policy applies to them.

Paid engagements

For paid consulting, training, or coaching engagements, specific terms — including scope, fees, and cancellation terms — will be confirmed in writing before the engagement begins.

Refund policy

Where a paid engagement or program is cancelled, refund eligibility depends on the terms agreed for that specific engagement. As a general principle:

Cancellations made with reasonable advance notice are eligible for a full or partial refund, as agreed at booking
Refund requests should be sent to subhash@subhashconsulting.com
Refunds, where applicable, are processed within a reasonable timeframe following approval

Advisory, training, and coaching services are provided based on professional experience and best practice. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, and no specific result is guaranteed.
